Details & Conditions

1. Credit card details are required in order to secure all Party reservations. This card will be held only as a ‘guarantee’ of attendance by the party and no monies shall be deducted from this card if the following booking conditions are met.

2. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel a secured booking to avoid a penalty charge of £10.00 pp booked.

3. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may mean that your party decreases in number, therefore there will be no penalty should your party decrease by up to four persons. Any more than four people that do not attend will incur a £10.00pp penalty charge.

4. We kindly request that all guests are seated within 15 minutes of their preferred booking time to enable us to ensure quality of service to each and every guest. We also kindly request that all lunch tables are vacated by 5.00pm – though guests are welcome to continue their party in the bar.

5. A 10% discretionary service charge will be added to parties of six persons and over.
