A Day In the Life

First job of the day is to speak to the restaurant’s management teams and review the previous days’ performance. We will discuss service standards and the level of guest experience, staffing issues and financial performance. After a pat on the back or (kick up the backside) we move on to discuss same topics regarding the day ahead. We look at which regulars are joining us along with any special requests and work out the best way to tailor the restaurant experience to the pending guests needs. read more
